We understand that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase

Items returned within 14 business days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this timeframe will NOT be accepted. Please notify us before sending a package back.

We do not do Refunds. We do not issue return labels. Products should be shipped back to us no longer than 10 business days after receiving your items.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. OR ELSE IT MAY BE REJECTED AND SENT BACK TO YOU IF IT DOESNT MEET OUR CONDITIONS.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Leggings
- Earrings
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear/Cover-ups
- Lingerie
- Visibly Worn items
- Items outside of policy window

If you received an incorrect/damaged or missing an item, please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days to resolve the issue.
