Shipping Policy

Domestic orders are processed within 5-7 Business days. Monday through Saturday (If Item is readily in Stock). Then Shipped Out.

International orders are processed between 5-7 Business days then shipped. 

Pre-Order Items will Ship on Scheduled Shipping Date.

Ship time for U.S. orders is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. International ship time is between 1-4 weeks depending on your location and efficiency of your local post office.

If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. AQUAMAIA NY is not responsible for Carrier Delays.

Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.  

 After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to 24-48 Hours to process your not including holidays.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for lost/stolen packages that state Delivered.

We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. 

International orders may be subjected to custom charges to be paid by customer.
